Sorry for the blurry pictures. My friend opened up his own 24 hr gym today and I tried it out. Loved it! It was empty when I went (2pm) and that was great. Really love the mix of equipment he has. And also that I can use chalk and slam weights and grunt and be as loud as I want. (I don’t grunt or slam weights but you know). Did my quads and calves workout and finished it off with some sled pushes on the 130 foot turf. Awful.
